5. No Guarantee of Approval or Outcome
CarePath does not guarantee approval of any CFSS application, budget allocation, service plan, or related outcome. Final decisions regarding eligibility, funding, and plan approval rest solely with the applicable state agency or designated authority. Our role is limited to consultation, education, and support throughout the process.
6. Confidentiality
CarePath respects the privacy of all individuals we work with. Information shared during consultations is treated as confidential and is used solely for the purpose of providing CFSS guidance, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to coordinate care with authorized parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarePath CFSS Consulting LLC and its respective owners, employees, and consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
