Annual Orientation

Stay Compliant. Stay Informed. Stay in Control of Your Service

Minnesota DHS requires that every CFSS participant and their support workers complete an annual orientation each year. This is not optional — missing or delaying your annual orientation can put your services at risk, create compliance gaps in your plan, and trigger issues with your FMS provider or MCO. It is one of the most important recurring requirements in the CFSS program.
  • Annual orientation scheduled and facilitated by your CarePath consultant
  • Support workers oriented on their roles, responsibilities, and participant
  • Reminders sent in advance so your orientation never falls through the cracks
