Our Commitment

Care Path CFSS Consulting LLC is deeply committed to digital and service accessibility. We serve individuals with disabilities as the core of our mission — and we believe that commitment must extend to every way someone interacts with us, including our website.
We aim to meet or exceed the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and applicable Minnesota Human Rights Act provisions related to accessibility in service delivery.

  • Operable: Navigation and interface components must be operable by users who rely on keyboards, switch access, or other assistive technologies rather than a mouse.
  • Understandable: Content and interface operation must be clear and predictable, with readable language and consistent navigation patterns.
  • Robust: Content must be reliably interpreted by a wide range of assistive technologies, including current and future user agents.

We target conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard widely adopted for legal compliance and best practice in digital accessibility.

Conformance Status

We self-assess our website’s accessibility on an ongoing basis. Our current conformance status: Partially Conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working to address known gaps and will update this status as improvements are made.
