We Reach Out
CarePath contacts the participant or family within one business day to introduce ourselves and schedule a free initial consultation.
Initial Consultation
Our consultant meets with the participant — in person, by phone, or virtually — to assess their needs and walk through their CFSS options.
Ongoing Support
We keep you informed of key milestones and remain the participant's dedicated CFSS consultant throughout their journey.
